To the Middleton Scholarship recipients...

Alongside your graduating class, you have taken the first major step toward adulthood, and to experience what it is like to "be on your own".

 
The Middleton Senior High School Alumni Association  joins your family and friends in expressing that we are proud of you and what you have accomplished so far; and we hope that this scholarship award incentivizes you to continue toward attaining the educational success that is in your future.

As a recipient of the $1,000.00 Middleton Alumni Association Scholarship Award, we also invite you to become a member of the Middleton Senior High School Alumni Association now! So, please complete the attached membership form and mail it back to the P.O. Box address on the form; you will sign on as a regular member at the $30.00 level. 

This membership fee is waived for as long as you are in undergraduate studies.  As a confirmation of your membership, you will receive an Middleton Alumni identification card.  As an Alum, and, while still a student, we ask that you contact the Alumni Association once per semester via email: middletonalumni@gmail.com --we just want to know that
you are doing well!
