There are five (5) levels of membership. The MHSAA Life-time membership ($500) or annual memberships are Maroon & Gold ($100+), Regular ($50), Associate ($30) and Honorary (as indicated on form).

Persons who were students at Middleton in 1971; but did not  graduate from Middleton because of desegregation policies  of the school district. This category of members shall pay  the dues level they select; shall have voting rights; and are eligible to hold office.
